NRS 696A.020: Definitions.

Except where the context otherwise requires, the terms used in this chapter shall be given the meanings set forth in NRS 696A.030 to 696A.070, inclusive, but such meaning shall not, merely by reason of the enactment of NRS 696A.030 to 696A.070, inclusive, govern the interpretation of any other provision of this Code.
