CHAPTER 704 - REGULATION OF PUBLIC UTILITIES GENERALLY
RATES AND SCHEDULES

For the purposes of NRS 704.061 to 704.110, inclusive, a public utility shall be deemed to make changes in a schedule if the public utility implements a new schedule or amends an existing schedule.
