CHAPTER 704 - REGULATION OF PUBLIC UTILITIES GENERALLY
CUSTOMER DEPOSITS; OVERCHARGES

The remedies of the State provided for in this chapter are cumulative, and no action taken by the Commission constitutes an election on the part of the State or any of its officers to pursue any remedy under this chapter to the exclusion of any other remedy for which provision is made in this chapter.
