NRS 704.7331: “Asset” defined.

“Asset” has the meaning ascribed to the term “generation asset” in NRS 704.7575 which contains 50 or more contiguous acres, and of which all real and personal property, including, without limitation, land, structures, equipment and transmission lines and switching stations directly associated with the generation asset, are located wholly or partially within this State.
