NRS 704.7873: “Participant” defined. [Effective through the date on which the last contract entered into pursuant to the Program terminates, whether termination is by expiration of the terms or otherwise.]

“Participant” means an applicant who has received initial approval and a letter of eligibility from the Office of Economic Development pursuant to NRS 704.7876 and who enters into a contract approved by the Commission pursuant to NRS 704.7877.
