NRS 704.788: Final date for acceptance or approval of application for participation in Program. [Effective through the date on which the last contract entered into pursuant to the Program terminates, whether termination is by expiration of the terms or otherwise.]

The Office of Economic Development shall not accept an application or give initial approval to any applicant for participation in the Program, and the Commission shall not approve an applicant for participation in the Program, after the earlier of December 31, 2024, or the date on which the capacity set aside for allocation pursuant to the Program is fully allocated.
