CONSTRUCTION OF UTILITY FACILITIES: UTILITY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT

“Person” includes a natural person, corporation, partnership, public utility, government, governmental agency, political subdivision of a government and any other entity that seeks to construct a utility facility.
