Alternative Rate-Making Plans

“Alternative rate-making mechanism” means a rate-making mechanism in an alternative rate-making plan and includes, without limitation, performance-based rates, formula rates, multi-year rate plans, an earnings-sharing mechanism, decoupling mechanism or any other rate-making mechanism authorized by the Commission by regulation.
