CHAPTER 704A - FACILITIES PLACED UNDERGROUND

“Public place” includes streets, alleys, roadways, sidewalks, rights-of-way, easements and similar properties as to which an incorporated city, an unincorporated town, a county, the State of Nevada or a public utility corporation may have a right.
