REGULATION AND LICENSING OF MOTOR CARRIERS
General Provisions

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 706.1725, the Authority shall make and publish biennial reports showing its proceedings. All biennial reports, records, proceedings, papers and files of the Authority must be open at all reasonable times to the public.
