Administration and Enforcement

To the extent that such costs cannot be paid from the Nevada Transportation Authority Regulatory Account in the State General Fund, the costs of administration of this chapter must be paid from the State Highway Fund on claims presented by the Authority or Department, approved by the State Board of Examiners.
