NRS 706.288: Order for production of books, accounts, papers or records kept by regulated person outside State.

The Authority may require, by order to be served on any person regulated by the Authority in the same manner as a subpoena in a civil action, the production at a time and place designated by the Authority of any books, accounts, papers or records kept by the person in any office or place outside this State, or verified copies in lieu thereof if the Authority so directs, so that an examination may be made by the Authority or under its direction, or for use as testimony.
