NRS 706.566: Civil action for collection of unpaid fees.

The Department may, in its discretion, where a fee or other amount provided for in NRS 706.011 to 706.861, inclusive, remains unpaid for more than 15 days and the person liable for it neglects or refuses to pay it for any reason, direct that a civil action be commenced by the Attorney General in a court of competent jurisdiction in the proper county for the recovery of the fee or other amount.
