CHAPTER 706A - TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANIES
GENERAL PROVISIONS

It is hereby declared to be the purpose and policy of the Legislature in enacting this chapter to ensure the safety, reliability and cost-effectiveness of the transportation services provided by drivers and monitored autonomous vehicle providers affiliated with transportation network companies in this State.
