FRANCHISES FOR ELECTRIC LIGHT, HEAT AND POWER EXISTING BEFORE MARCH 20, 1909

The appurtenances of the plant shall be of the most approved construction for the comfort and convenience of the inhabitants of the counties, cities and towns of this state.
