NRS 710.390: Applicability of Local Government Securities Law.

Subject to the provisions of NRS 710.290 to 710.390, inclusive, for any undertaking authorized in those sections the governing body of the county or city may, on the behalf and in the name of the county or the city, as the case may be, borrow money, otherwise become obligated, and evidence obligations by the issuance of bonds and other securities, and in connection with the undertaking or the railroad system, may otherwise proceed, all as provided in the Local Government Securities Law.
