NRS 710.450: Applicability of Local Government Securities Law.

Subject to the provisions of NRS 710.400 to 710.590, inclusive, for any undertaking therein authorized the board of county commissioners may, on the behalf and in the name of the town, borrow money, otherwise become obligated, and evidence obligations by the issuance of bonds and other securities, and in connection with the undertaking or the system, the board may otherwise proceed, all as provided in the Local Government Securities Law.
