CHAPTER 75 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Deliver” or “delivery” means any method of delivery used in conventional commercial practice, including, without limitation, delivery by hand, mail, commercial delivery and, if authorized in accordance with NRS 75.150, by electronic transmission.
