NRS 81.100: Bylaws: Provisions for unequal property rights.

If the bylaws shall provide for unequal property rights of the several members, the provisions of NRS 81.010 to 81.160, inclusive, with reference to a majority, a two-thirds, or other vote of the members, shall not apply, and in lieu thereof, there shall be substituted a majority of the votes of the interests represented by the several members or otherwise as the case may be.
