NRS 87A.650: Status of partnership and liability of partners not affected by errors in certain filed information.

The status of a limited partnership as a registered limited-liability limited partnership, and the liability of its partners, are not affected by errors in the information contained in a certificate of registration or an annual list required to be filed with the Secretary of State, or by changes after the filing of such a certificate or list in the information contained in the certificate or list.
