CHAPTER 88 - UNIFORM LIMITED PARTNERSHIP ACT
REGISTERED LIMITED-LIABILITY LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS

All persons who assume to act on behalf of a registered limited-liability limited partnership without the authority to act on behalf of the registered limited-liability limited partnership are jointly and severally liable for all debts and liabilities of the registered limited-liability limited partnership.
