NRS 89.030: Applicability of chapters 78

and 86 of NRS.The laws applicable to other Nevada corporations organized under chapter 78 of NRS and limited-liability companies organized under chapter 86 of NRS and all rights, privileges and duties thereunder shall apply to professional corporations and professional limited-liability companies, respectively, except where such laws are in conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter. In case of conflict, the provisions of this chapter shall apply.
