NRS 90.860: Short title; uniformity of application and construction.

This chapter may be cited as the Uniform Securities Act and must be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this chapter among states enacting it and to coordinate the interpretation and administration of this chapter with the related federal laws and regulations.
