CHAPTER 97A - DEBT EVIDENCED BY CREDIT CARD

“Beneficial use” means any use made of the credit card or credit card account of a cardholder by a person other than the cardholder that results in a direct or indirect benefit to the cardholder or any member of the cardholder’s immediate family.
