N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law § 127-b: Functions of department

§ 127-b. Functions of department. All the functions of the

conservation department which affect the breeding, raising, producing,

marketing, or any other phase of the production or distribution, of

domestically raised mink and ranch fox, or products thereof, are hereby

transferred to and vested in the department of agriculture and markets.
