N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law § 139-a: Tolerances

§ 139-a. Tolerances. On account of the unavoidable variations which

occur between two analyses or tests and likewise between label

statements and the results of subsequent analyses and tests, recognized

tolerances shall be employed in the enforcement of the provisions of

this article.
