N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law § 147-i: Rules and regulations

§ 147-i. Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall adopt and

promulgate such rules and regulations to supplement and give full effect

to the provisions of this article as he may deem necessary. Such rules

and regulations shall be filed and open for public inspection at the

principal office of the department, and shall have the force of law.
