N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law § 160-h: Grapes; definitions

§ 160-h. Grapes; definitions. The term "package," wherever used in

this article, shall mean a basket, box or other container the contents

of which can be adequately inspected. The terms "shipment," or "ship for

sale," wherever used in this article, shall mean movement to market in a

railroad car, motor truck or other medium of transportation, but shall

not be construed to include the process of delivery to a local

warehouse, shipping station or processor.
