N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law § 215-c: Rules and regulations

§ 215-c. Rules and regulations. The commissioner is hereby authorized

and empowered to promulgate, amend and repeal rules and regulations to

carry out and give full force and effect to the provisions of this

article including rules and regulations prescribing the methods which

may be used to accomplish the enrichment of the food products governed

by this article and rules and regulations governing the labeling of

enriched foods.
