N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law § 237: Reports of holdings

§ 237. Reports of holdings. Licensed refrigerated warehouses shall

submit monthly reports to the commissioner, upon a form to be prescribed

by him, setting forth the quantity of each and every food product stored

in the refrigerated warehouse of the licensee, except holdings in

break-up rooms, processing rooms and ice cream hardening rooms. Such

reports shall be filed on or before the fifth business day of each month

and shall show the holdings on the last day of the preceding month.
