N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law § 258-bb: Definitions

§ 258-bb. Definitions. As used in this article unless otherwise

expressly stated, or unless the context or subject matter otherwise

requires:

1. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of agriculture and markets.

2. "Person" means any person, firm, corporation, co-partnership,

association, co-operative corporation or unincorporated co-operative

association.
