N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law § 258-dd: Registration

§ 258-dd. Registration. Any person who sells, offers or exposes for

sale, or has or possesses for sale other than exclusively at retail, any

dry milk powder originating from any area outside the continental United

States including Alaska and Hawaii, shall, not later than the first day

of January of each year, register with the commissioner upon a form

prescribed by the commissioner. The registration form shall state such

facts concerning registrant's circumstances and the nature of the

business to be conducted as in the opinion of the commissioner are

necessary for the administration of this article. The registration

period shall be for twelve months.
