N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law § 258-ff: Reports

§ 258-ff. Reports. Each person who sells or distributes, other than

exclusively at retail, dry milk powder originating from any area outside

the continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii shall, from

time to time, as required by rule or order of the commissioner, make and

file a verified report on forms prescribed by the commissioner of all

matters on account of which a record is required to be kept, together

with such other information or facts as the commissioner may deem

pertinent and material within the scope of the purpose and intent of

this article.
