N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law § 42: Act of officer or agent deemed act of principal

§ 42. Act of officer or agent deemed act of principal. In construing

and enforcing the provisions of this chapter relating to penalties, the

act of a director, officer, agent or other person acting for or employed

by a person, association or corporation subject to the provisions of

this chapter and acting within the scope of his employment, shall be

deemed the act of such person, association or corporation.
