N.Y. Alcoholic Beverage Control Law § 164: Saving clause on repeal of article three

§ 164. Saving clause on repeal of article three. 1. The repeal of

article three by the chapter of the laws of nineteen hundred ninety-five

which added this section shall not operate or be construed to invalidate

or affect any action heretofore taken by the several county alcoholic

beverage control boards or the New York city alcoholic beverage control

board, as heretofore established by said article three, or by their

boards or officers or employees, nor to require the discharge or the

re-appointment of any of their employees.

2. Such chapter of the laws of nineteen hundred ninety-five shall not

affect any action or proceeding now pending in any court on or before

the effective date of this section.
