N.Y. Alternative County Government Law § 302: Audit and payment of claims

§ 302. Audit and payment of claims. All claims, accounts and demands

against the county shall be submitted, audited, allowed and paid in the

manner provided by section three hundred sixty-nine of the county law as

now in force or hereafter amended.
