N.Y. Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 59.03: Definitions

§ 59.03. Definitions. As used or referred to in this title, unless a

different meaning clearly appears from the context,

1. The term "Planetarium Authority" shall mean the corporation created

by section 59.05 of this chapter;

2. The term "planetarium" shall mean the planetarium herein authorized

and shall include the building housing the same and all machinery,

equipment, facilities and educational material incidental thereto;

3. The term "bonds" shall mean bonds issued by the authority pursuant

to this title;

4. The term "board" shall mean the members of the board of directors

of the Planetarium Authority.
