N.Y. Banking Law § 664: Unlawful investments by officers of mutual savings banks

§ 664. Unlawful investments by officers of mutual savings banks. Any

officer or trustee of a mutual savings bank authorizing or making any

investment of the funds of the bank in securities not authorized by law,

is guilty of a misdemeanor.
