N.Y. Banking Law § 701: Construction

§ 701. Construction. The provisions of this chapter shall be construed

as a continuation of the provisions of chapter ten of the laws of

nineteen hundred nine, as amended, modified or amended according to the

language employed, and not as a new enactment.
