N.Y. Canal Law § 74: List of registered floats to be prepared

§ 74. List of registered floats to be prepared. The corporation shall

make a list of all floats to which New York state certificates of

registry have been issued. This list shall be corrected at least once in

each calendar year and a copy of such corrected list shall be filed in

the office of each of the district engineers having supervision over

portions of the canal system. The list shall be filed in the office of

the corporation and shall be available to public inspection within

regular office hours.
