N.Y. Cooperative Corporations Law § 83: Status as profit-making corporation

§ 83. Status as profit-making corporation. Notwithstanding any

inconsistent provisions of this chapter, no worker cooperative shall be

classed as a non-profit or not-for-profit corporation.
