N.Y. Correction Law § 117: Estimates of expenses

§ 117. Estimates of expenses. The superintendent of each correctional

facility shall cause to be prepared, at the direction of the

commissioner, periodic estimates of expenditures in such form and detail

and for such periods as the commissioner may deem appropriate.
