N.Y. County Law § 1002: Laws repealed

§ 1002. Laws repealed. 1. Chapter sixteen of the laws of nineteen

hundred nine, entitled "An act in relation to counties constituting

chapter eleven of the consolidated laws," and all acts amendatory

thereof or supplemental thereto, constituting the county law as

heretofore in force, are hereby repealed, except as otherwise herein

provided.

2. Of the laws enumerated in the schedule hereto annexed, that portion

specified in the last column is hereby repealed.
