N.Y. County Law § 226-e: Waiver of fees for veterans' organizations

§ 226-e. Waiver of fees for veterans' organizations. The Niagara

county legislature is hereby authorized to waive fees by local law,

including but not limited to building permit review fees and fees

associated with capital improvements to any post or hall owned by a

not-for-profit congressionally chartered veterans' organization located

in such county.
