N.Y. County Law § 237: Alcoholic beverage control

§ 237. Alcoholic beverage control. Pursuant to section seventeen of

the alcoholic beverage control law, the board of supervisors by

resolution may request the state liquor authority to further restrict

the hours during which alcoholic beverages may be sold at retail.
