N.Y. County Law § 280-aa: Claims

§ 280-aa. Claims. The expense for all claims made against the county

or the district, its agents, servants or employees arising out of the

establishment, operation, maintenance or control of the district or any

improvement created by the district, shall be included in the annual

expense of operation and maintenance of the district or the expense of

the establishment of the district and the improvements created therein,

according to the nature of the claim.
