N.Y. County Law § 299-v: Jurisdiction of state agencies not affected

§ 299-v. Jurisdiction of state agencies not affected. No provision of

this article shall be deemed to alter, repeal or modify the powers and

duties of the state departments of conservation, health and

transportation, the state water resources commission, the water

pollution and control board, and the state soil conservation committee.
