N.Y. County Law § 379: Extension of fiscal year

§ 379. Extension of fiscal year. The fiscal year of each county

expiring prior to December thirty-first, nineteen hundred fifty, shall

be and hereby is extended to include such December thirty-first. Nothing

in this article contained shall invalidate any contract or expenditure

for a lawful purpose entered into or made during the period of such

extension.
