N.Y. Debtor & Creditor Law § 181: Powers, duties and compensation of referees

§ 181. Powers, duties and compensation of referees. Such referees

shall have the same powers, and be subject to the like duties and

obligations, and shall receive the same compensation, as referees

appointed by the supreme court, in actions pending therein.
