N.Y. Debtor & Creditor Law § 186: Proceedings at creditors' meetings

§ 186. Proceedings at creditors' meetings. At such meeting, or other

adjourned meeting thereafter, all accounts and demands, for and against

the estate of such debtor, shall be fairly adjusted, as far as the same

can be ascertained, and the amount of moneys in the hands of the

trustees declared.
